The Mycaneaens
Today in class, we took more notes on the culture go the mountains and the sea. We talked a lot about the odyssey and the other stories of Homer even though there is questions about if he is a real person. We also took notes on what the greeks diet consisted of which was grains, grapes, olives, and fish. Also their temperatures ranged from 40 degrees in the winter and 80 degrees in the summer. The Mycaneaens had a 20 foot thick wall that protected them and made sure that they were safe. Then in around 1200 B.C., mysterious "sea people" were showing up and invaded the Mycaneaen and burnt the palaces once by one. People still don't know who the people were or why they did what they did.
